Using Roundtable
Roundtable is an MVP for private group video messaging. Use it only for content you have the right to share with your group. You are responsible for the messages, media, comments, reactions, and notes you upload.
Private Groups
Access to group content depends on membership and role settings. Do not share invite links with people who should not have access to a group. Group admins are responsible for managing group membership.
Content And Moderation
Do not use Roundtable to upload unlawful, abusive, harassing, exploitative, or non-consensual content. To report content or account concerns, email support with the page URL and any relevant video or comment id.
AI And Email Services
Optional AI transcription, summaries, and suggestions may use third-party AI services when enabled. Email delivery may use a third-party email provider. You can adjust AI and notification settings in your account.
Account Deletion
Self-delete disables login and anonymizes your profile. Historical group posts may remain as "Deleted user" to preserve conversations. Full deletion can be requested through support and may require additional review.
MVP Availability
Roundtable is provided as an early local-first app. Features may change, and local deployments are responsible for backups, recovery, monitoring, and operating environment configuration.
